Immaculate Portable Restrooms provides portable restroom rental and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure adequate access for our equipment. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your contract.
Immaculate Portable Restrooms’ liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers assume responsibility for proper use of equipment.
Cancellations must be made according to the terms in your service agreement. Late cancellations may result in charges as specified in your contract.
These terms are governed by Washington DC law. Any disputes will be resolved in Washington DC courts.
